[10:29] FM found the main line and turned it off to prevent issues cascading to other branches and buildings. They successfully isolated the leak and are in a full cooling state now. FM’s work repairing the main line will continue but SDSC’s services may continue uninterrupted and a shutdown will NOT be required.

[09:52] SDSC will be flipping breakers in West at 11:30am to accommodate line repair. Please be sure to power down and shift critical workloads off of servers before then, otherwise they will be forcibly shutdown.

[08:37] Campus reports a massive leak in one of the chilled water pipes serving SDSC. As such, campus has to do an emergency outage on that line to repair starting no later than 12:00pm today. Updates will be posted as we learn more. We may need to shutdown systems to prevent over-temperature situations.
