There is an apparent routing problem on Time Warner’s side that is preventing Time Warner customers from reaching any UCSD/SDSC network resources.
A ticket has been opened with CENIC who is troubleshooting with Time Warner. UCLA, Bakersfield, and Northridge have also reported the same problem with CENIC. The problem appeared around 5am today.
Cox and other ISP customers are not reporting any problems reaching UCSD services.
Datacom’s on-call engineer is tracking with CENIC.
