UPDATE: We have been tracing the problem through the night. Potential solutions have been identified and we hope to have power back online this morning for the affected systems. We apologize for this service interruption.
On Tuesday May 15, 2012 at roughly 11:30 PM, power was interrupted to the ‘orange’ system. The affected customers have been notified. An electrician has been dispatched to diagnose the problem. As of 3 AM the cause of the interruption has still not been found. All other power systems appear to be unaffected. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
