(Update 15:29) In consultation with the vendor a temporary fix was put in place. Services are operating normally. Additional repair work will be conducted tomorrow, 15 July.
This morning (14 July 2021) the USS2 Universal File Storage cluster is showing networking issues between nodes. Engineers and vendor support are investigating. NFS/SMB access to this cluster may be slower than expected — we will update here with more information.
