On Tuesday, 1 November 2022 between 17:00 and 19:00 PDT SDSC will perform maintenance on the SDSC firewalls which will cause network disruptions for some systems. SDSC-provided services such as DNS, authentication, managed web hosting, and managed systems hosting may be affected by this maintenance. Some systems colocated in the SDSC Datacenter or SDSC Building may not lose direct network access, but may rely on some services that will be unavailable.
We anticipate intermittent outages during this maintenance period while the firewalls are updated and rebooted.
Updates will be available on http://status.sdsc.edu during the maintenance.
