Update 27 Feb 2015, 20:11: Service has been restored. A loose interconnect cable on a switch group found to be cause.
Update 27 Feb 2015, 19:16: Services such as SDSC IMAP, reference system UNIX VM, Oracle database, MySQL database, continue to be unavailable. SDSC Sharepoint and VMWare services remain available. The nexus of the outage appears to be problems within a switch group in the east datacenter. SDSC network engineers are on site investigatine.
27 Feb 2015, 18:47: We are still investigating scope. At least some of the east datacenter systems are unavailable since approx 18:15.
