SDSC support ticketing system is moving to a new system on the afternoon of 29 June 2017. Please note the new ticket replies may have different format than the old system.

[Update 22 Jun, 14:17] Citrix services have been moved to alternate hardware and are back online — The Citrix (https://citrix.sdsc.edu) remote desktop service is offline. Engineers are looking into a possible memory issue with the hardware.
