We have scheduled a maintenance window to perform software upgrades to our core infrastructure. During this window, where available, we will be making every effort to minimize impact to users by manipulating traffic through backup devices and redundant paths, but please be prepared for intermittent loss of connectivity during that phase.
ENS will then be upgrading the software on the majority of the Top Of Rack (TOR) switches in the datacenter. Customers who are single connected to these switches will experience downtime while the switch is rebooted. Estimated downtime for the TOR upgrades is ~13 minutes.
We will be keeping our status page up to date during the window, so please refer to that for any updates/changes
