[Resolved] Power outage on ‘orange’ system in West Data Center

SDSC customers,

Today at ~3:30PM and again at ~8:30PM the ‘orange’ power system failed causing an outage to a number of colo customers.  Those customers were contacted directly.  During this outage we have replaced critical equipment that should result in a once again stable power source.  We will monitor both power and cooling systems closely over the next few days and perform additional forensic tests to determine the cause.
