Description: Overview of service outages:
– Windows services such as Sharepoint, Vault filesystem, Citrix unavailable during patching
– Commvault paused jobs during media agent patch
– Customer systems unavailable during patching
Additional Detail:
– Solaris patching of the following systems. During the maintenance the systems will be patched and rebooted once. Scheduled outage is 5pm – 9pm PDT:

– Windows Servers will be patched to protect against recently released vulnerabilities. Services such as file shares, printing, Sharepoint and Citrix will be intermittently unavailable as the machines are rebooted between 5PM and 11PM.
