SDSC Operations was informed that the primary operations phone line – 858-534-5090 – is down. We are attempting to contact someone with UCSD telecom to get this resolved, but due to the holiday campus closure this may not be resolved immediately.
Fortunately we have two phones in operations, so for emergency issues, first please attempt to handle them in the ticketing system by sending email to colosupport@sdsc.edu if you have any remote-hands needs. Please send a new email each time so we can easily parse them, and be as descriptive as possible. But secondly, 858-534-5098 will ring in the operations department, and will be answered as if it’s the primary line until we gain some resolution to the main line issue.
