Internal emails (@ucsd.edu) not delivering to @sdsc.edu email aliases – 4P on 4/23/21

[Update – 26 Apr – 09:46] On Friday night 23 Apr 2021, UCSD resolved the issue working with mail service providers. SDSC has seen a regular volume of inbound mail so we feel that the issue is solved.

UCSD emails sent to helpdesk@sdsc.edu, colosupport@sdsc.edu, services@sdsc.edu (and others) are not delivering if the sender is internal (@ucsd.edu). In the meantime, if you receive a rejected delivery – please forward to support@sdsc.edu. That continues to deliver properly to us. The impact will be slightly delayed delivery to the proper team due to need for manual assignment of tickets. Thanks in advance for your patience.
