On Thursday, 5 January 2023 between 19:00 and 22:00 PDT SDSC will perform maintenance on SDSC firewalls which may cause temporary network disruptions for some systems. SDSC-provided services such as DNS, authentication, managed web hosting, and managed systems hosting may be affected by this maintenance. Some systems colocated in the SDSC Datacenter or SDSC Building may not lose direct network access, but may rely on some services that will be unavailable.
We anticipate brief outages during this maintenance period while the firewalls are updated and rebooted.
