18:42 – Connectivity restored for all customers. If experiencing any lingering issues, please contact colosupport@sdsc.edu.

17:39 – Connectivity restored for the majority of affected customer systems.

16:28 – Loss of connectivity for a subset of single-connected customer systems as engineers perform hardware maintenance.

14:50 – Connectivity restored. Engineers are still working to repair the failed switch.

14:00 – SDSC engineers are still working towards a resolution for the switch failure.

12:40 – SDSC engineers are investigating a Top of Rack switch failure that may impact a subset of single-connected customer systems.
